Product Return or Refund Policy

 Returns should be made within 20 days from the date of purchase. For return or refund

• Customer must have original bill
• Must filled Product Return Form. (The company will not initiate the refund action in absence of return form.)
• Seal of the product should not be opened and any physical damaged on the products will not be accepted.

1. Product will be checked first and informed if the item can be refunded or not.
2. Change of mind is not accepted after purchasing any of our goods.
3. In case of refund, 15% of total purchase amount (exclusive of discount) will be deducted.
4. Final decision on accepting or rejecting the returned product will be made by the Holistic Herbs Pvt. Ltd. team and will be informed to the concerned person/firm.
