You will need to have a strong support system of your own in place to ensure your well-being as you undertake this challenging and rewarding vocation.

  1. Counselling :we develop relationship with patients to empower diverse individuals, families and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. Counsellor involve with client to make changes in ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. In doing so it may take small amount of time, several sessions or may last longer. All the information discussed in session will be accessible only by you and your counsellor, with a few exceptions.

            Benefits: substance abuse, adjustment issues, anger management, anxiety, communication, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship difficulties, stress.

  1. Meditation  :process of training mind to focus and redirect thoughts which help to regain proper health and increase awareness of own self and surroundings. We help to meditate which may vary according to person and situation.

                  Benefits: pain management, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management.
