Hydrotherapy is an important healing modality; it uses the therapeutic benefits of water applied in a variety of ways and at various temperatures for a specific period of time to promote a specific outcome in a patient’s treatment plan.

a)     Baths : The act of soaking or cleansing the body, as in water or steam

  1. Sauna: A special heated room in which people sit or lie down in order to get hot and sweat.
