2. What are Holistic Herbs Supplements ?
Holistic Herbs Supplements are dietary supplements manufactured, branded and marketed under the management of Holistic Herbs Pvt. Ltd.
Dietary supplements are foods designed to supplement the normal diet, providing essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes in various forms like capsules, tablets, and liquids.
3. Is your brand or supplements are certified?
We have obtained a license from the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) – 01/25/76/18/005. Apart from this, we also have certificates from GMP, and ISO 22000:2018.
4. From where do your products come from?
We manufactured, branded and marketed in Nepal but all supplement’s extracts are collected globally. Some of the products are found in Nepal but the extraction process in not available here.
5. How can be dietary supplements help with?
Supplements offer essential nutrients not found in daily diets, micronutrients for the human body, and specific active ingredients for improving daily bodily functions, while also providing essential micronutrients for the human body.
6. In what form do your supplements come?
Our food supplements come in capsule form. Each bottle contains 90 capsules and each capsule contains 500mg along with that we also have 90 capsule containing 250 mg each capsule. But we also have 270 capsules containing 500mg each capsule. (On demand)
7. What kind of products are there?
We have Food Supplement (27), beverages (5) currently, personal care (8) and beauty products (2). There are currently a total of 42 products available here.
8. Do food supplements have any side effects?
Supplements are safe for all age and gender groups, and regular consume can prevent future nutritional issues so, the supplement generally have no side effects, but proper consultation with a specialist is best for better results and if there is any diseases. Consuming supplements under expert advice can lead to health benefits within a short period.
9. How do we believe that your company's supplements have a good Quality?
We operate our quality control system under the supervision of our Food Technologist. Our Food Technologist oversees our quality control system, which adheres to a strict quality policy and food safety policy, ensuring the highest standards in our internal quality control system. And also we've 3 step of quality control and lab check system which makes out supplements quality best of the best.

Our products can be purchased from our Head Office, Branch Offices, and Dealers, with the option to choose the nearest outlet for your convenience.

12. How long do I need to take food supplements?
Consuming micronutrient supplements for prevention and nutrition is generally safe for life, while using them for cure depends on body condition and daily diet. Food Supplements can be taken without consultation, but expert advice is recommended for optimal use.
13. What time do you open the office?
Our office is open daily from 7 am, including Saturdays, and we are available for service every day.
14. Do you have a doctor?
Our team of naturopaths, herbal therapists, and food and nutrition experts can recommend the appropriate supplements and dosages for your specific needs.
15. How can we get counseling services here?
We offer expert consulting services, available during office hours, and appointments can be made through various means for consultation with relevant experts. And the counseling service is free of cost. You can make an appointment over the phone or online.
16. I am taking medication, can I take food supplements?
Our products are safe to use and do not have any side effects, making them suitable for those taking medication and helping to reduce the negative effects of such medications.
17. Is there a difference in your dosage?
The dosage of the medication varies based on the individual's health condition and age group, typically ranging from 2-3 capsules per day.
18. Do I need to confirm anything before buying your products from your office, branch, dealers or any other outlet?
Before purchasing our products, ensure they are free from physical damage, correct bottle caps and packaging, and check the production date, batch number, and DFTQC number (01-25-76-18-005).
