Terms and conditions for Delivery
- Delivery will be confirmed only after manual confirmation from our office representative. Delivery time will be fixed during that period.
- Deliveries are done from Sunday to Friday of every week. Orders placed on Friday will only be delivered on Sunday.
- Customer will receive a final call before the time of delivery.
- There is no minimum order requirement.
- To cancel your order, you can use our web portal or give us a call (+977-01-4115532/4115830).
- You will receive the confirmation of cancellation from our representative.
For purchase below Rs.25000*, Delivery** charges and shipping time are as follows:

*This tariff is not apply for purchase above Rs.25000. Orders worth above Rs.25000/- are eligible for free delivery.
**For delivery, Pathao or InDrive service is also available but the charges have to pay by customer
*** There is no free delivery for out of country order/delivery/parcel in any condition. Pre-payment is needed for every charge and fee including product bill amount, Courier fee and other local government processing fee.
